CHAMPAIGN-URBANA, Illinois—November 23, 2004—Fidelity Media today announced the release of MegaSeg 3.0, the premier Pro DJ and radio automation software for the Mac. The new version, available at MegaSeg.com, includes over 100 improvements and new features. Among these are a redesigned Dual-Deck Mixer, smooth pitch returns, bass and treble controls, right-click mouse support, multi-select editing, playlist sorts, new HTML logging features, library and playlist printing, restrict play dates rule, limit male/female vocalists rule, revamped open playlist dialog with live preview, direct open/save to iTunes, improved category browser, new log browser, “related artist” separation, cold/fade end indicators, many new database fields, redesigned preview player, exact time feedback in playlist, improved Events UI, improved Rules warnings, improved search engine, and many other improvements.
MegaSeg 3.0 is now available for $199 from Fidelity Media at www.megaseg.com. An upgrade for current users is available through November for $59 (normally $69).
MegaSeg 3.0 supports all Apple Mac G3/G4/G5 systems running Mac OS X and a 500 MHz or faster processor, and at least 256MB of RAM.
